- Metatarsalgia – Burning sensation in the balls of your feet (metatarsals)
- Heavy Callousing / Corns – Caused by abnormal/excessive pressure loading on a particular area
- Hallux Limitus – Pain / stiffness in the big toe joint. Difficulty in extending the joint
- Hallux Abducto Valgus – Describes the crossing over of the big toe joint and a bony protrusion on the outside of the joint
- Tibialis Posterior Tendinitis / Dysfunction or Midtarsal Strain – Pain in the arch of the foot
- Plantar Fasciitis – pain in the outside of the arch or centre of heel. First few steps in the morning are usually the worst
- Recurrent Ankle Sprains – Lateral ankle instability (weak ankle ligaments)
